I am Cherry Summers, I have been in
the Real Estate business for twenty five years. Currently
licensed in the state of Washington as an Managing Broker,
my business has been primarily the high end. I am a techie!
I buy everything online from a complete Viking Kitchen to
shampoo. I know the Internet and what works and what does
not. I offer services to Agents who want to project
themselves in a successful manner to the public. I help
Agents who are struggling to find their niche and haven't
been able to find it by offering a Mentoring program for one
visit or many. I understand both Real Estate and the
Internet which is rare. Most web designers do not have an
understanding of the trends in the Real Estate business or
what Buyers and Sellers want to see. Since 2004, I have been
designing and managing the marketing for one of the top high
end Realtors in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Since 2008, I
have opened up my business designing online brochures,
marketing plans and websites for several high end agents in
the area!
My marketing is proven, with just one website, a Buyer
searched the Internet to find a listing, on a
website I designed, and purchased the
home for $11,000,000. A Seller was shopping online
specifically looking for an Agent with good web presence and
quality photography and that Agent got the listing. It
pays to market on the Internet. The Internet is the future
Open House. It is your future real estate business.

History Behind Cherry Summers Career:
Cherry (Scott) Summers, a native born Texan, grew up in Fort Worth,
Texas and attended Paschal High School and went on to College.
After a career in Retail Department Stores both in Dallas, Texas with a
Federated owned company and in Seattle, Washington, it became time for a new career in order to remain in
the state of Washington. The career was Real Estate on Mercer
Island and she was licensed in early 1987, hired by John L Scott and
was to start working on Monday, but the broker convinced her to hold
a Sunday Open House in the development called The Lakes at the south end
of Mercer Island. Cherry picked up a customer, took them out on
Monday ( her first day in the office) and sold them a home by Monday evening,
which was not after all in the development she held the open house.
After that, she knew she was in her element!
Real Estate was a natural fit for Cherry as her Father was a
prominent General Contractor in Fort Worth, Texas starting as a high end
spec home builder and later at the request of his clients grew into a
Commercial Contractor building Churches, Office Buildings, Hospitals and
Manufacturing/Warehousing Projects. Cherry's Mother was an Interior Designer. So, growing up roller skating on slab foundations
and sitting in on conversations with other Contractors, going to market
to look at sample fabrics, furniture, carpets, wood etc. was the norm
for her.
In 1993, a boating accident
slowed Cherry down until late 1995, when the doctors said she could not
continue to show houses. For several years off and on,
Cherry worked as Marketing Assistant to two Agents in the high end. In the interim, Cherry committed
herself to learning about marketing on the Internet, more specifically
learning what works and what clearly does not.
Many surgeries followed until 2004, when Cherry was
back on her feet and able to return to work on a full time basis.
She joined Kris Robbs as her "Office and Marketing Manager", where her
work included working with clients plus the marketing which included
designing multiple websites, marketing campaigns and activities that
have held to proven success.
Cherry is
now actively providing real estate marketing to other Agents who
want to make a difference in their income and future real estate
business. For
