Focus Mentoring - What is it?
As agents who have been in the business for many years, we
have been approached by just about everyone with a new
scheme or system to help us better serve our clients and
organize our business into a money making machine.
Many of us have drawers full of cd's, cassette tapes, and
binders filled with someone else's idea of how our business
should be done. So why do you need at Focus Mentor?
First of all, I believe that the Real Estate business is
"personal" in nature.
The agent is a "person" with particular talents and the
Buyers and Sellers, being "persons", are attracted to an
agent by confidence, experience but more importantly, by the
personal connection with the agent and about how they feel
about trusting the agent they hire. There are a
multitude of "kinds" of agents in the Real Estate business
who all make very good incomes and have many satisfied and
loyal clients and customers. The reason is simple, there are
multitudes of "kinds" of clients and customers to match up
with agents with whom they have a common understanding.
Often, as experienced agents we just discard those ideas &
systems we purchased and simply trudge on the way we were.
But, what if there is another way to make your life and your
business more fun and more lucrative?
As an experienced marketing person, I can see that there are
very strong talents that are not being utilized in a
person's marketing and, in my opinion, certainly should be.
Since I believe the business to be personal in nature,
sometimes it helps to have another person, lead you to
understand your strengths and joys; and, advise you on how
to incorporate those strengths and joys into your business
so you'll be having more fun and be much happier while
building a solid business.
For agents who have only been in the business for a few
years and are not sure how to find the right tools to
build their business, it can help to have someone lead you
to your joys and strengths and then use those to build your
marketing and presentations. Real Estate is a Fun business
to be in and you should be having fun doing it.

themselves.
I offer mentoring services at the rate of $40.00 per hour.
It usually only takes one visit of 1 to 1.5 hours to find
out the areas of your business that need adjustment.
Residential Real Estate is a broad category of business
types. No one has ever been able to sell all types of
properties in all areas and be successful. It is
important to discover your own expertise and mold your
business and marketing plans around that expertise.
In just a few questions, you can learn which part of the
real estate business makes you feel your best, and that is
the goal, to feel your best. Confidence and hard work is
the answer to being great in real estate, but you must find
and work your specialty and have fun working it in order to
last. |
